Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plans or cancel at any time. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it; after that your books become read-only until it's paid, so you can still see and export everything.
How do the per-employee charges work?
Payroll and HR each include 10 employees. Beyond that you pay for each employee paid in the month, not each payslip, in bands like tax brackets.
